Rent Moto Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ARENDA GRUPP, OSOO ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Rent Moto mobile application (package name: com.sre.rentmoto). Rent Moto provides account, vehicle, battery rental, battery swap, charging, and related support services.
Rent Moto is operated by ARENDA GRUPP, OSOO. During the transition to the customer's Apple Developer account, the iOS application may be temporarily distributed on its behalf by Shanghai Shenrui Electric Co., Ltd. This distribution arrangement does not change the service operator or how personal information is handled under this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, Rent Moto may collect or process:

2. App Permissions
Rent Moto requests device permissions only when they are needed for a feature:
- Location: find nearby vehicles, cabinets, and stations and provide navigation.
- Camera and photos: scan QR codes and upload profile, verification, or service images.
- Bluetooth and nearby devices: connect to supported battery swap equipment.
- Notifications: deliver account, order, service, and operational messages.
- Network and device status: maintain service communication, security, and reliability.
You can manage optional permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Rent Moto services.
- Create, authenticate, and protect user accounts.
- Process rentals, battery swaps, charging, payments, and support requests.
- Show nearby service resources and support navigation.
- Deliver service notifications and account communications.

4. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that support cloud hosting and storage, maps and geolocation, push notifications, diagnostics and logging, identity verification, payment processing, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or as required by law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or other people, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. International Processing

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide Rent Moto, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal requirements, and support operational audits. Retention periods vary by data type and the reason for processing.

We will delete or anonymize associated information unless retention is required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legal obligations.
