Delete Your Rent Moto Account
This page lets Rent Moto users request deletion of their account and associated data without reinstalling or opening the app.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
- Send an email from the email address associated with your Rent Moto account.
- Use the subject Rent Moto Account Deletion Request and include your account name or registered phone number so we can identify the correct account.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you own the account. Do not send your password.

What Will Be Deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize your Rent Moto account and personal data associated with it, including profile and contact information, account authentication data, device and notification associations, and service records that are not required to be retained.
Data We May Retain
Some transaction, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and accounting records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and audit purposes. Retained information is restricted from ordinary use and is deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law. We will notify you if additional time or information is needed.
